Compression is zero psi on all 4-Cylinders. Cowlings, upper and lower, have scratches, dents, dings, cracks, etc... No flywheel cover included. You are welcome to survey the engine if you choose to have it surveyed prior to purchase. 20" Shaft. Lower unit shifts and has Standard right hand rotation lower unit. No controls are included. Please come and inspect before purchasing. The engine is sold as is, you are welcome to have the engine surveyed anytime. I ship worldwide and I'm happy to provide shipping quotes.
