50 mercury 2 stroke with a new big tiller on it. Motor runs but when I had it on the water it seemed to run only on 2 cylinders. The compression on the power head was 105-110 on all three so it seems to be electrical. I just simply don’t have the time or a boat to mount the motor on to try and figure out the running problem.
